“Not impressed really, opened our first order of just over £200, to find a wooden money box, two large packs of cotton crochet plate doilies and four packs of the same but in coaster sized.... Not sure what happened, but very disappointing as what not what we were give to believe it would be. Phoned the company and was told another box with the special offer woukd be sent out, been 2 weeks..... Nothing.....!!!! Very disappointed, woukd rather they had not sent anything as we have had to donate the items as we do not retail that sort of stuff, we do holistic therapies! Also sad to hear about the massive fire at the warehouse, but glad no one was hurt and everyone was safe...... Good luck with the rebuild! Xx”
