“Initially sceptical due to some bad reviews, but couldn't resist the great price. When the porcelain arrived it was very well packaged, since I have opened about 40 tiles and found 1 chip. The paving is a great price so you can see why refund policy is not straight forward. Trustworthy supplier, good customer service. They do everything they can to make sure the paving is not damaged on delivery. Just read through refund policy and know what you are getting into.”
