“I had x6 packs of Kandla grey sandstone delivered, great communication start to finish.. I received confirmation emails and was able to select which date best suited me for delivery. Once ordered I received confirmation of the selected delivery date. On the day of delivery I received a text from a very polite chap called Jamie, which stated that my delivery was due on that day and I was given an estimated arrival between 830am-6pm, I asked Jamie if he could provide a more precise ETA, which he did without hesitation. Jamie also kept me updated throughout the day with the progress of my delivery and passed my number onto the courier who then rang me 2 hours before to confirm he was on route to me. The courier arrived with the pallets on time as discussed and went above and beyond to get the pallets where I’d asked. (Even if it was abit of a faff) I have only unpacked 3 crates so far and am surprised to yet find any damaged as I would have allowed for a percentage with the transport. All round great experience,I would recommend to anyone and would 100% use in the future. Great service! Well done 5*”
