“My uncle is blind and he has limited mobility. His dementia has affected him to a great degree, he is obsessed with a dog that has run away. I saw this product advised as a dementia product, it isn't. It had a breathing facility which was very ineffective, as a sighted person, I felt this was poor. The whole point was that he could feel the chest rising and falling. The product was not at all suitable for the purchase. I must say that I found customer service quite good however. I was sent an almost immediate refund label. Kind regards, Danielle”

“Brought tears to my ma-in-law's eyes: she misses her little dog and this was a great comfort to her. It's quite realistic, and small enough to put on a lap without being a hindrance. The battery compartment in the back is also nice and secure. It is more 'pet' like than a cuddly toy: the fur is soft and strokable, but yes I'd say not squeezable!”
