“I feel this product would be better if it was flexible and not stuck in one position as it loses it's life like appeal the way it is. I would also mention there is no off switch so it makes a low noise 24-7 until your battery runs out. I bought this for my mother in law who has dementia as she used to have cats the same colour, she's in hospital so I thought it may calm her down.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed that the kitten does not have an on/off switch and that it is rigid. Most of the top half and fur is soft, but there are some hard parts such as the base, head, and other places. Unfortunately, none of the petzzz come with an on/off switch. The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We do have a 30 day returns policy so you are welcome to return the kitten for a refund. Please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to get this booked into our system.

The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“This is a good quality product. I bought it for my friend who is 93 years of age and is now in a care home. She feels confused in her new surroundings, so I purchased the tortoiseshell cat for her, as she always used to have a cat as a pet. I'm pleased to say she loves this cat and carries it everywhere in her bag.”

“It's cute, the fur feels real the breathing very slight but comfy under your fingers. The purr isn't good, sounds like a metallic buzzing. For the price it's a comfort to someone with dementia with poor hearing, has a calming effect”

We're happy to hear that our customer liked the Calico Cat. The cat is designed to simulate the motion of breathing. There is a noise, but this is a soft mechanical sound when the chest rises and falls, which can sometimes be interpreted as breathing or purring.
