“A little disappointed if I'm honest. I ordered a kitten and a puppy for Christmas presents for my grandsons and, although they look very cute, they don't feel very lifelike. They are very solid and not very "cuddly". I haven't tried them with the battery in as there's no on/off switch which, again, is disappointing. I'll maybe update this review after Christmas once I see how by grandsons like them.”

With regards to the Perfect Petzzz although many other places advertise the petzzz as "cuddly" , "soft", or "huggable", we specifically do not use these words to describe the petzzz on our product pages as we agree that they are not accurate descriptions of the nature of the item. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

“Kitten is realistic but very disappointed that once you put the battery on there is no way to turn it off again . I bought this for mums Xmas present 7 weeks before Xmas . I needed to know that it worked so had to activate battery then had to fiddle around unscrewing the back to take it out again otherwise it will be dead by Xmas ( the battery ) Prompt service from Alzheimer’s society”

“I went on the net to look for a replacement cat as the one I got a few years ago 'died'. After checking several sites, I picked AlzProducts as they sounded the best and so I ordered the cat. No problems with that, they kept me updated with the order and the tracking. I have my cat and it arrived in perfect condition with its papers. Hey if you are wanting something, go for it with them, they are damn great :-).”
