“This mat with alarm is brilliant for my mum who now has Parkinson’s dementia. Do check that the mat hasn’t moved each time you turn it on because if you have carpet it does tend to move. To resolve this issue, I used some non slip matting under the alarm mat”

“The product worked well. I would have like more information about using the product, particularly as it's a safety item, how do I know when the batteries run out. As far as I can see there is no indication and there is no manual.”

“Easy to install and use, we just had to put the batteries that came with it in and switch it on. It works well and the only problem is how to stop it slipping on a fitted carpet. We use rug gripper mat under it and a bath mat on top which is fine.”
