“The product worked well. I would have like more information about using the product, particularly as it's a safety item, how do I know when the batteries run out. As far as I can see there is no indication and there is no manual.”

“Easy to install and use, we just had to put the batteries that came with it in and switch it on. It works well and the only problem is how to stop it slipping on a fitted carpet. We use rug gripper mat under it and a bath mat on top which is fine.”

“The floor pressure mat with receiver is excellent. We use it for my mother who has Alzheimer's. The alarm is loud so that my dad who is slightly deaf, can hear it. It has been a great relief as we know when she is 'up' in the night and can keep her safe. Great that the mat is run by batteries so can be put anywhere; no socket required!”
