A brilliant product! Very easy to use and more importantly my Mam can use it.

Bought as a Christmas present for mum. She uses it all the time. When her phone rings, it is so easy to switch off that she doesn't get flustered. The hinge looks a bit flimsy, but no problems so far. Really pleased with it.

I bought this Simple Music Player for my mum who has dementia. My mum was absolutely delighted with it. It's easy to load up with music. I ripped CDs to my computer and then transferred them to the Simple Music Player using the supplied cable by dragging and dropping them. The sound quality is great and once it's been set up, you simply lift the lid to start the music, and lower it to shut it off. Even though my mum needs a bit of prompting on how to operate it, it's about as easy to use as it could be. She is absolutely thrilled to be able to listen to 24/7 Willie Nelson and it makes me happy to see her singing along to the tunes. It's a godsend really.

My mother finds it easy to use, also the size and colour helps to remind her that she can listen to her music. A couple of things to improve - having downloaded several albums it would be good if the songs could be shuffled rather than having to listen to one album at a time. It would be better if there was an option of how to access the volume control, even if it could be a detachable control, as it wasn't easy to work.
