Myself and my husband can see how beneficial this would be with the photo buttons but can't get mum in law to even try it unfortunately. She wouldn't budge on this and we'd ripped the box so didn't return it.

Easy to install. Pictures / names fantastic, taken the stress out of making a phone call. Has put family members minds at rest.

This is an excellent product as its very simple to use and the photograph idea is brilliant. My Stepmother, who has dementia, gets on very well and finds it much easier to get me and three others on our mobiles just by pressing our photograph. would recommend to anyone.

Bought this Doro 331ph wired telephone for an elderly relative. The 3 photo buttons can each be programmed with a favourite number and a photo placed on top. This is ideal for a person who has little strength in their fingers; one press and the number is dialled. Not fiddly to get the photo the correct size but achieved it in the end. Only drawback is that another relative lives in USA and the number is too long to be programmed in but otherwise very pleased with the telephone. Would certainly recommend.

Bought for parents with dementia and poor hearing. Tested by us first. Volume on handset not nearly loud enough. Should be deafening us to be loud enough for them. No speakerphone. Cradle too flimsy - they will knock it off. Great concept but needs to be ruggedised and much more volume to be truly dementia friendly.
