Absolutley brilliant radio. So easy to set up for someone with dementia. Set it on their favourite station and they will never lose it by accidently switching stations. Very good value for money.

What a relief ! Bought for my mother-in-law who has very poor vision, is deaf and has difficulty with dexterity in her fingers. The one button radio allows one radio station and one volume to be set . That’s fine for someone who can channel hop. She is really enjoying the radio . Brilliant product !

My elderly father had been having trouble constantly accidentally de-tuning his over-complicated radio. This product worked beautifully, and now we can rest easy that he only needs to press the on/off switch, so never loses his favourite channel.

My husband is in the later stages of dementia and is just getting used to using the radio, but I think it will be useful. It is sturdy and easy to use.

We think it's a lovely radio and mum loves it. Great that we can tune it to a station of her choice and set the volume level as she tends to have the TV volume on max, which can annoy other residents in her home. She can manage to press the button after some attempts (seems to lack the strength to push it down, but the staff can easily do this for her). We have placed the radio on a side table with some non-slip material under it in order with all the pressing so that it does not slip off onto the floor. Great radio.

Absolutely brilliant , mums old stereo stack system and radio kept jumping from station ( was 20+ years old ) and she struggled to get the station back and got confused with all the different buttons . Got her this and not only is it simple the sound is brilliant - a nice looking simple radio with great sound - My mum hates the silence since losing my dad a year ago, he used to always sort their music out - and I’m so glad I was able to get her this so she can do it herself . Brilliant !!

This is a lovely radio, (if the recipient is going to be content with being stuck on one FMorMW station. I'm getting the DAB radio instead, which has 3 presets to choose from, so I can set one at Absolute Country, 1 at Radio Scotland and the 3rd at either a 60's or a smooth/chilled station for soothing background music. As the recipient has great difficulty with buttons and switches, he often cannot operate the TV remote (even though it only has 5 buttons) and at least music would be some company for him, if he gets the hang of it.
