“it changes night in to day notification with its display at 7 o clock each day, rediculous, when it gets to the last day of the month it does not change the display to the next month, it shows the 1st as the same previous month, therefore instead of getting only 12 months of the year, each of the 12 months are the same month laugh out loud i have been sent two of these units they both operate the same, maybe they are designed for a differant planet, not earth”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with their clock. We've arranged for a return and full refund. With regards to the clock changing from night to day at 7pm/7am, this is advertised on the product page that this is how the clock operates. This is more suited to people with memory impairment as it's more typical with the day/night cycle. With regards to the month not changing correctly, we believe this may have been a combination of a faulty clock and then a misunderstanding on how the date functions on this type of clock. This clock is one of our best sellers with the NHS and care homes, and we rarely get returns as it's usually very reliable. We're always happy to arrange for returns and refunds if customers are unhappy with their purchase.
