“I'm absolutely delighted with the companion pet that I got for my 91yr old mum with dementia. It has had such a positive impact on her since her own wee dog died a few weeks ago. She really seemed to deteriorate even more when that happened but the companion pet really seems to have settled her and her carers have commented that she is eating a bit more and her mobility has improved a bit too! My only negative comment is the awkwardness of getting to the batteries because of where they are situated which is also where the on/off switch is located. My mum doesn't have the capacity or capability of being able to switch the companion pet off herself so we're just having to leave it switched on all the time. This isn't an issue as such, but we could end up going through a lot of batteries. It may have been a better design to have it rechargable with a usb port. Having said all that it's definitely been a very successful purchase.”

“Helped to calm an elderly lady with dementia from the minute she saw it, and will not let it out of her sight. A bit temperamental on movement but switching it on and back on again seems to work.”
