“The display is good and clear (bar a surplus comma) but the wall hanger should be re-designed to allow it to tilt down a little and it would be preferable if it had an in situ rechargeble battery”

The Dayclox has a highly visible backlit LED Display, viewable even in the dark and for this reason it could not be powered with batteries only.

“I sent for this for my Mum who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's & has problems recognising what day/time of day/date it is.This clock has a superb bright visual display.It required no setting up at all save plugging the clock in & even though Mum has a habit of unplugging/turning things off,it simply resets itself.Great product & would highly recommend”

“Good clear screen however the screen is too bright on a night in the bedroom. I have been hanging a navy mens hankie over the screen to dim it and moving the screen away from view. I wish it had a manual control to adjust the brightness. Apart from that a good clock that just set itself up straight out of the box.”

“Mum loves this calendar clock, she is in the middle/late stage of alzheimer's disease and really gets confused about what day it is. Excellent display, nice & clear. Like how you can choose between 12 or 24 hour time as I've opted for 12 hr because I think it's easier for mum to understand. As with other reviews I looked at prior to buying, very simple to set up, just plug in & it's done. Highly recommended!”
