“Bought as a gift for my 94 year old friend so she would have access to knowing the day/ date without her daily newspaper. Chose this one as reviews so poor for similar, cheaper clocks elsewhere so fingers crossed! Doesnt look like cheap plastic. When I plugged it in it came on fully set up so no infernal fiddling and I left it like that. Would have liked a slightly longer lead to allow for a bit of manoeuvrability once it got round the hospital bed; it reaches but there isn't a lot of slack.”

“This was bought for my 89 year old mother. While she doesn't have dementia she does lose track of what day it is. This clock is ideal to help her. It was stated that out of the box,when it was switched on, it would have the correct date and time. Unfortunately when it was switched on it was an hour out, maybe as a result of the recent change from BST.”
