“A little disappointed with this product, especially given the target demographic for the product. Mt wife wanted this to aid getting up, she is 72 years old - I am 68. The product is small and the display quite complicated and extremely small making it difficult to set, and in fact difficult to see if the alarm has been set. The enclosed instructions are not very clear, and again, the writing and legends on the diagrams are extremely small for old, tired eyes. We still have to see if we can get the alarm to set and work, but not very impressed at this stage.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with their clock. We've contacted them directly to see whether there's anything we can do to assist them with their order, and also offered a free returns label should they decide they no longer would like to keep it. Unfortunately we don't have control over manufacturer instructions, but we do try to include PDF downloads on many product pages (including this one) where instructions can be downloaded and viewed in a larger size.

“This alarm is pretty simple to set up and select alarm times and works well as a vibrating alarm. I haven't tested the sound alarm - my wife hates them!”

“Travel alarm clock purchased for my partner as she is profoundly deaf. Going away to a conference and does not want someone else to wake her up in the hotel with an alarm call which she would not hear. Her home alarm clock has both a very loud tone as well as a vibrating pad which fits under her pillow. This travel alarm fits the bill and gives her independence.”
