“Instructions are poorly translated into English and not easy to understand, needed a tracking SIM to set it up, battery to big for sensor had to break a clip to fit the sensor together, not easy to set up. That said it does what's needed without the user having to do anything more than break the sensor beam for everyone to know they are ok - just hope it continues to work ok for years to come.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer had some issues with their GSM monitoring system. We have since updated our product page so that a free Pay As You Go SIM card is included with all orders. These SIM cards are highly recommended for products such as this and will allow customers to get the device set-up quickly when it arrives. Although we aren't able to improve the instructions (as we're not the manufacturer) both ourselves and the manufacturer have UK customer service teams available who are happy to help anyone with the set-up of their kit.
