“Disappointingly complicated to use. The single big button dial is why I bought the product but don’t like the fact this only works in speaker mode and does not switch to the handset without pressing more buttons. Plus to end the call it is another button, not good for my mother who struggles to learn anything new.”

“The product is really great for someone in early stage Alzheimer’s or Dementia to use is really easy my only problem is that the set up instructions are not that easy to follow as written for people not tech savvy that may be purchasing for an older relative like me I had to go online to the manufacturers website to do what I needed to do my only moan as I say a great product otherwise”
