“No good for my mother's very poor sight. She needs something that can be placed quite near, which means that electric clocks are no good. The screen is much darker than appears in the photo. In real life the screen is dark grey and there is not enough contrast for my mother to see the date and the day. The clock is fine but is no good for my mother's particular situation.”

“After only a few days, the clock is proving to be such a help to Mum. She is able to see it clearly from the sofa and uses it to 'place' herself - she checks the month, the day, the year, all as well as the time! Plus the auto change when the clocks went forward, reassured Dad thhat hhe wasn't being given another job. He has enough to do as it is.”
