“Very,very disappointed with this purchase in many respects. Installation fine but phone settings almost impossible to follow. Way too many features and therefore instruction complicated. Have not yet managed to connect handset 2 to time/date, phone book entries nor sussed out how to delete the last call list (which I don’t require at any time would prefer to remove totally from display unit) a most annoying feature! Expected information to jump from handset one, I accept there may be an additional procedure to allow this but I haven't been able to master it! Also have not yet been successful in connecting a CPR blocker to phone! Had no problem with old phone in this respect as it is simple to connect but blocker does not seem to work with the Geemarc. This is a huge miss and the cold callers keep on coming! Argh.The positives of the phone are the amplification feature works well and the phone looks good. Sadly not enough positives for me to outweigh all the negatives. Would not recommend purchasing this product. Mary Mutter”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unhappy with their phone. We've contacted our customer to help resolve the issues their having as there's no reason why we aren't able to fix all of them. Call blockers can work with cordless phones but on rare occasions there may be installation issues that either ourselves or CPR can resolve. At AlzProducts we do offer technical support by email, chat, and phone, and also have a 30 day returns policy so any of our products can be returned for a refund should they be unsuitable for any reason.
