“The easy read clock arrived much earlier than expected - within 2 days, standard delivery. Safely and securely packed and importantly, no mention of the clock being intended for dementia or Alzheimer's users. Zero setup required. Plug it in and it is set to the most obvious display. The lead from the unit to the plug is a sensible length and the clock mounts on the wall as well as on a flat surface. The only comment I would make is that the display has a completely unnecessary comma after the number of the date. So the display looks something like:- MONDAY 4:22 p.m. 21, April 2015 Just mildly confusing / irritating. And pointed out by the main user of the product. Other than that, perfect for what she needs. Other than she forgets to look at it to find what day of the week it is, but we can hardly blame the clock for that!”
