“Bought the Dayclox 8 for my mum who has Alz. (It's the 2nd clock I've bought her because the first one didn't last long as the LED failed). I would not normally have replaced an item with the same one under these circumstances, but the clock is essential to her daily routine. I personally think the dayclox is of basic quality and over-priced; probably because the manufacturer knows how important the item is to a dementia patient and it's the most effective version out there - when it works! The guarantee is 6 months; so be aware you may be replacing this item sooner than you think.”

I've checked on our system and couldn't find a previous order for the clock that was placed with us so I believe it was purchased elsewhere? At AlzProducts we do offer a 2 year guarantee on all of our digital clocks and would happily replace any that have developed a fault, excluding accidental damage. “Both my father and I are delighted with this clock. It looks good but most important of all it's so clear and visible. He finds it easy to read from wherever he is in his living room. I was also very pleased to find that it was all set up just as we wanted when it was switched on.”
