“This thing was tricky to put together by myself but is amazing. Arrived with the box damaged due to the courier company shipping it all over Australia before getting it to me (words of the courier). Contents was all good and it__ the best thing I__e bought in years. Recommend 2 people to put it together and some ratchets/spanners. You__l need some common sense because the instructions are a little vague in a couple of steps but it__ well worth it. The system is so solid and is infinitely better than anything around it__ price.”
“We ordered this basketball set online and didn't leave ourselves enough time for delivery before xmas. To our surprise the item turned up which was great and we started putting it together xmas eve,the only problem was that there were parts missing which meant we couldn't put it together for our son for xmas day.
when I rang the number online they were very helpful and sent the missing parts out to me which was great.
moral of the story - be organized and order in advance as mistakes happen and we were not able to put this together for xmas morning.”
“I Purchased the Basketball System and when it came in only one box I was a little sceptical. But after and hour of assembly, we now have the best Hoop set on the block! The kids love it and the adjustability allows for play for all ages!

“Hours of fun so far! Assembly was a big job. When putting the top pole on, you need to make sure you screw through the moving tube inside. This would have been handy to note on the instructions. We had to do it twice!”
“This basketball hoop is one of the best out it took around 1 - 1.5 hours to get it setup instructions could of been better but other that, I am extremely happy, it is very hard to move around, even two adults couldn't do it so we tied ropes to it instead and seem to do it, u can swing on the hoop when dunking just make sure the base is filled properly , adjusting height is very easy, I highly recommend a chain net instead of the normal net its more durable and sounds better, extremely happy”
