“Incubator works well. Instructions are very poor. Still haven't worked out
how to work the said menu haven't found it yet. Also extra fuse has no instructions where or when to use it!”

“Ordering easy, delivery prompt and well packaged. All works as advertised but Haven't had the need to use as yet as my broody hen behaved beautifully and did the job perfectly. However,I am now prepared for future. Would order from Always Direct again.”
“The product was delivered in full and on time which is excellent. The Instructions however are impossible to read and are written in broken English and are impossible to read. In the end I had to hope that the original settings were correct and see what the result is. IF it works I should see a hatch tomorrow but I am not hopeful. I was led to believe that humidity could be measured and it cannot. As to the rest of the settings I have no idea what they do.
I am not particularly enthusiast about this product.”
