“Run Away!!! This order was the worst experience I have ever had with ordering custom Shirts. Quality was terrible, There was no approval process. Trying to get things fixed proved unsuccessful. Although the service people were nice, (the only reason for a 1 star. Else there would be a No star) they did not yield a good end result. After re-making some of the shirts, there was only a small, incremental improvement. Then after only 5 or 6 washings on the Tee shirts, the graphics were coming off the shirt. I asked for a full refund. They said they would refund $100 on a $600 order. It never came. I will never use, nor recommend this company. RushOrderTees does a much better job. Don't get sucked in by the low price.”

“The sweatshirt was okay. The real issue is the service. It was horrible. I received my order way late and was notified to approve of my design 12 days after it was completed. Time wasted. I was told that 2 days would be added to the delivery date so a tech could remove the white background and then 2 days before Christmas I was notified to approve the design and that the garment wouldn’t arrive till 1/4. The original delivery date was supposed to be 12/27, then 12/29, which was still fine as it was I changed it from a Christmas gift to a birthday gift for 12/31. Delivery was ruined and service was botched. The communication was horrible and I was left in the dark then told action was needed on my end. Lunacy”
