“On April 27, 2023, I received my order containing two (2) t-shirts that were printed with front and back images that I created and provided to you. In reviewing the t-shirts, I noticed that the colors and hues of the images on the t-shirts did not reflect the real colors that were actually in the images that I had submitted in your design tool. The colors in those printed images were off. Also, I noticed that the (top and bottom borders of the) images on the back of both t-shirts were not perfectly horizontally level with the ‘x’ axis and thus, the printed images were noticeably tilted down toward the left sleeve. As with any square-shaped back-side image, the image must be centered and evenly spaced between the seams of both arm sleeves. I am rather disappointed in the products that I have received and given their current appearance; they would be more suitable as t-shirts for working around the house, as opposed to t-shirts that could be worn in public. Given the time, effort and cost that would be required to return these to you, may I instead suggest that in the future, you make sure that your production teams take the time necessary to ensure the best quality and look of the products that you are sending out to customers such as myself. Unhappy customers tend not to be repeat customers.”
