“Ink was not very opaque. Seemed a little light on coverage. (They printed this design [black on a navy shirt] instead of a second design and tried to blame it on a 'corrupt file.' I wouldn't use them if you don't have a couple weeks to make sure your shirts arrive correct.) 15 gray shirts were fine. 1 navy shirt with different graphics which were white (and provided in vector files) was completely misprinted. (Used gray design.) They took 2 weeks to investigate and asked for more photos of the "gray shirts" after the event that they were for. They offered to refund the money (pending) but that was it. Original shipping date when I ordered was pushed out when I got the order confirmation. I had to call several times to make sure the shirts would show up on time at all.”

“I sent a photo of my grandson’s painting and they put it on a t-shirt. They rocked it. It was delivered on time so I could wear it when I visited my grandson. Perfect!”

“I never write reviews. First run shirts came with barely any white ink. I let them know and they resent the shirts and now 10 of the orange ones are still not done correctly. Not worth it unfortunately. They did try to make it right the first time to there credit.”

“Absolutely horrible company to work with. They lie on their website making it seem like you won't be up-charged for custom colors. Instead, they let you complete your order, wait 10 days, then send you an email explaining if you want to use a custom color, it will be an extra THREE DOLLARS PER SHIRT. When I called to talk about this, the person on the phone said they didn't have the authority to change this charge. When I asked to speak to a person who did have that authority, they told me that person doesn't have a phone. When I clarified that the manager, in 2023, does not have a phone, they responded "Yes." DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.”
