“I have had to place two orders to get all of the shirts that I needed. I needed to add two shirts to my original order, but was not able to add them and therefore had to place a second order. On the first order, there was a missprint on 4 of the shirts, a matter that is still being resolved. It seems as though they would rather give you your money back than make it right. I do have to say that Alecia A. has been wonderful! She is working to get the issue resolved as quickly as she can. I may need to place one more order with them, but probably will not use them again because of the time that it is taking to get the missprints resolved.”

“I made my purchase for an upcoming event. The shipping address, accidentally pended to my PO Box address. Fine, then any other seller, would see this and contact me, the purchaser, and ask for a shipping address, right? Not allied shirts. They cancel the order and send a very direct message of cancellation. I call them, the lady on the phone is the typical "Disinterested B****" who is pre-loaded with an attitude and hates her life and probably her job, at allied shirts, and won't help, even if she could. Makes me stop and think, "Why is American business failing today?" Hmm, I wonder? Sad, because allied shirts "was" one of my favorite companies to deal with, years ago. I guess the company "must have" sold and changed and I wasn't aware of it. Another one to take off my list?”
