“Ordered a Blueair 405 Air Purifier a few days ago. First impression is that it seems to make a difference to my chronic hay fever. The purifier wasn't cheap but it was a 'Which' Best Buy so I decided to take a punt. I was hopeful it would help but unsure whether it would control my symptoms, but thought I'd give it a go. Well two days in and the difference is noticeable. The unit has three speeds and the lowest two are barely audible. The top speed is quite noisy but would only be used for short blasts. It is a big item so you need to have room, but so far I am quite impressed. As soon as I go outside my nose starts to pour but once inside the symptoms quietly subside. I slept better last night for the first time in ages, and I didn't position it in the bedroom as there wasn't room but even in the hallway it helped! I normally wake with fits of coughing and a sore throat but this machine seems to have helped! I am impressed with the company who answered all my questions prior to purchase and I am impressed with the purifier!”
