“I ordered the dress in standard length in error, so emailed customer services to see if they could change my order to the petite length. Michelle was amazing and immediately replied saying she'd made the change. The dress arrived the next day and it's perfect. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, so I'm very happy and will definitely return.”
