“I was extremely impressed by the Customer Service. I received an incorrect item and emailed late afternoon to report it. Later on that evening I received a lovely apology and was promised that the correct item would be shipped next day. It was and I was also offered the chance to have the incorrect item collected. I cannot fault the communication. Oh, and the dresses are lovely too!”
