“Was sent a faulty pair of shoes on 1st order. Sent back for replacement. Was then refunded instead of replacement and charged £1.99 for returning.
Re ordered same shoes as I wasn’t sent replacement. They arrived with the same fault: in fact they are the same exact shoes I returned! Been sent back to me. Which I’m about to return and no doubt charged £1.99 again for the pleasure. Very bad 1st and second experience”
