Hey,
Sorry to hear you were not happy with the product you received, our Defector boots have been very popular this season and we havent had any other feedback to say they are poor quality. I can see next day delivery was selected when your order was placed with us which was £4.99 unfortunately this is non-refundable due to it being a special delivery service and as you used the returns label to return this to us, £1.99 was paid to Royal Mail for this tracked service. Hope this helps, Thank You
“Prettiest pair of boots in my wardrobe. They look so neat its shocking and they feel so nice on. Definitely shopping here again I've even told my sister and cousin about AJVoyage.”
