“The item arrived in good time but I couldn’t believe how tiny it was. Also it was advertised as £17.50 but when it came to check out between postage and VAT it was £25! I was so disappointed with this item.”

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the lapel pin. If you'd like to return it for a refund please get in touch with us. Regarding the pricing, the VAT inclusive price of £20.99 is shown throughout the website. The additional charge was for postage which is displayed at the checkout before you make the purchase. Thanks, Stephen The Airborne Shop
