“There is a slow leak on the right arm. I took a picture. This AirPod has a leap I asked for a replacement, and they refuse to replace it because they said it’s my free air bod, which is ridiculous because I paid for two to get one free. They refunded me $3.90 instead of just shipping me what I was entitled to. Their shipping bag is flimsy and that is why there is a leak. The bag was torn in shipping. It comes all the way from China. Terrible customer service ! .”
