Grey Pro Resin for Versatile Prototyping Formlabs Grey Pro Resin is a professional-grade photopolymer that’s engineered for versatile, precise prototyping. Offering high precision, moderate elongation, good impact resistance and low creep, Grey Pro Resin is a reformulated, improved version of Formlabs’ Grey Resin. With it, you can print beautiful, functional parts with or without finishing. This material is perfect for functional prototyping and concept modelling. Potential applications include form and fit testing, injection moulding, and manufacturing fixtures, jigs, housings, and casings. Because it is an all-purpose resin, you can use Grey Pro Resin for all your testing purposes, and to create mould masters at cost. We recommend this material for printing concepts and prototypes. It prints with a matte, opaque finish, and hides its layer lines extremely well. Perhaps its best characteristic, however, is that even the thinnest walls and features print with an opaque, dark grey finish, with parts requiring no priming whatsoever for presentation. Formlabs Grey Pro Resin is supplied as a 1L cartridge for use with the Form 2 and Form 3 3D printers. It supports 3D printing at both 100 and 50-microns. Please Note: Requires Resin Tank LT for the Form 2 and Resin Tank V2 for the Form 3.
