“Fantasic. Opted to collect my order as live locally. Rang me to say my order had arrived. Nice to actually talk to someone and organise collection (rather than 2 or 3 emails!) Part was actually waiting at reception when I arrived. spotted a printed vase on the reception desk asked where I could get the STL and they emailed it across to me ! once again Fantastic Service Thank you”
