“Long time X1C owner, added a X2D for additional capacity and the ability to print support material without wasteful purging. Early days but just as straightforward as the X1C. Couriers tried very hard to mess up delivery but Additive-X went above and beyond to ensure I received the unit as quickly as possible. Exemplary customer service!”

“Contacted Additive X regarding X2D, Rebecca in sales was a excellent, answered all my questions regarding what I would actually need and why. This is very important there's no point buying something and finding out you require something else or you've got something you'll never use. Placed my order and it arrived next day in time slot provided. I know I have good technical support if required so what more do I need. Very happy customer.”
