Smooth transaction, order arrived the next day as scheduled and was VASTLY cheaper than if I'd ordered direct from Bambu. I think this may have been a sale but I certainly was NOT complaining about the price: I basically bit their hand off and ordered at 7pm because that was when I got around to looking on the site. Spares orders and now this order have been, to date, trouble-free, good price and excellently stocked. Definitely my go-to stockist for spares and equipment now.

I have not yet received my AMS as yet which I purchased a number of weeks ago now, the reason I purchased from Additive-X is because I was led to believe via your website you had them in stock, which turned out not to be true. Therefore I not sure why I'm be asked for a review ...

We sincerely apologise about the delay and apologise for the confusion regarding availability/stock showing on the website. At the time of your purchase the lead time was displayed as October and should have been a pop up notification in the basket saying we would have to backorder. However we do apologise for the delay. We are also sorry you have been asked for a review, however this is an automatic email that gets sent out when an online order is place. The sales team is aware and will be back in touch when we do have stock.
