“Service was good a quick, had it next day delivery which bambu lab does not offer. Printer seem ok but only time can tell me that, but as a supplier very good and an email to help with the process, definitely recommended for printers, but filiment best get it from bamu direct as free delivery and and cheaper but for everything else definitely recommend addictive x”

“The instructions for unpacking and setting up were very concise and clear to understand. I had the machine up and running with 1 hour. Print quality was good and the AI assistant came to my rescue when the print plate was slightly askew, never noticed at first. Everthing on the screen was clear and readable and if you made an error loading the filment the AI system would tell you . Overall a very good printed well made and easy to setup and start printing.”
