“Ordered this along with my new A1 excellent item but the service from Additive-x was outstanding. Unfortunately had to contact their customer service department due to damage to the shipping carton by the courier. Worrying about opening box and item being.damaged I contacted.cistomer services and had my.mind put at rest. They even called back when I lost connection all was sorted.in minutes much better than some.other companies.i have dealt with in the past. So all I can say is excellent item and even better customer service. Thank you from a very happy customer 15/10”
