“I was looking for a bambu lab A1 3D printer, I searched the internet and I didn’t want to buy directly from bambu and i wanted to buy, and find out that I couldn’t talk to directly. I came across a thew others on the internet but i found ADDITIVE website and read the reviews from different platforms and so gave them a call. I was very surprised to speak to one to one, and only rang a thew times for someone to pick up the phone and so no long waiting time, i ask some questions and rang again with more questions and very time i was greeted with polite ness and genuine honesty and he couldn’t be more helpful. The parcel came free next day by dpd and i was constantly updated by both companies on every step on the way. I don’t normally do reviews but i felt it was necessary on this occasion and help others to decide where to buy online. So if you are looking for a honest and genuine company and with a first class service then buy from ADDITIVE. And also they sell other brands of 3D printers, including parts and filaments.”

“But not very helpful when I’ve got a problem I have had a stroke so there was a problem with my printer so I rang them so I’m still waiting for the sales team to get back to me. The printer is fine, but I was just curious how there was no transit screws in my printer”
