“The pepper mill was beautiful and I loved the colour but sadly arrived with paint pinpricks, dent and scuff marks. Customer service quickly dispatched a new replacement. This too arrived with scuffs, dent and paint pinpricks so I asked for a refund, not another replacement. They processed the refund very quickly. Disappointed as the mill in itself is lovely.”
