It wasn't too complicated to put together and it's robust when up. Our five-year-old boy is loving the climbing and tent and so is our cat... I would definitely recommend this product

My kids (5,3 & 1) love this frame - it ticks all the right boxes for them with having both the climbing frame and the den. I'm sure the youngest two are technically too young to be using this but in the last month their dexterity and balance has improved so much and neither of them have fallen off so that works for me. It was fairly straight forward to assemble by two men fortified by beer so I'm assuming it would be even more simple if they hadn't been drinking..... apparently the only way to take away the hell of self assembly is with alcohol. In the end it's safe, sturdy and hasn't been damaged by my kids or any of the others that have been using it so I guess their methods were sound. Also, the den part is designed so that they can only get out through the access points so the kids can lean against the sides and not topple out and over the side. We actually bought this because we went to a holiday let that had one that was 30 years old and was still in amazing condition!
