“I ordered this play centre as it seemed very sturdy and was able to be delivered for my grandson's birthday on the 11th August. When it didn't arrive 3 days after his birthday I wrote to 'Activity Toys Direct' to ask where it was. They said the courier company had 'lost' it, but that they would send a replacement the next day. As promised it arrived the next day, but wasn't unpacked as the family had just moved into their new house. There were discovered to be a few things wrong with the play centre when it was unpacked. - The slide was cracked and could not be used, - the loop that held the rope ladder to the frame was fractured, and deemed unsafe to use, - the wood into which the fixings for the rope ladder were supposed to be fitted was splintered and didn't look to be safe to use. SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED The children have had great fun on the swing, but the rest of the play centre is unfortunately unusable. Considering how much we spent on this play centre, it was one of the most expensive we found on-line, it's been very poor value for money and I would not recommend it to anyone.”

“Good value for the money and our grandchildren really enjoy it However, the Main supporting beam was in 2 bits (2.5 + .5) so not as strong as it could be and no mention of this anywhere or what to do. The wooden supports have various splits already and time will tell if this is a problem. The wood is heavy so feels safe”
