“The 4 parcels arrived exactly as you promised they would. The delivery driver put them in our garage for us. the parcels arrived undamaged and on time. I have opened all the packs and the contents are all there as per the contents list. The climbing frame is a Christmas present for our Grand daughter. I will give you further feedback when the frame is constructed and in use.”

“Love the unique design of this product! However, the delivery of this frame was quite bad. Only two of three parts arrived.”

“Lovely climbing frame. Looks great. Was a bit stressful to build though as it took over 5 hours - the instructions could have been clearer, and there was a washer missing (but fortunately we have a good home selection so we could still build it in time!).”

“My daughter )4( absolutely loves this. Fairly easy to construct. Was supplied with the wrong bolts but the company quickly sent out the correct ones. Excellent quality.”

“This is a great climbing frame and my children love it. However the nuts and bolts supplied for the slide were not long enough and after spending over 2 hours trying to fix it on to the frame I ended up buying some longer bolts which did the trick. The bolts supplied were 60mm but really you need bolts that are 70mm.”

“Excellent product, I rang to confirm 1 part of the construction and Gary on the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful...the rest of the build was easy and straight forward I did it on my own in 3 hrs....Just need the boys home from school to try it out......”
