“Arrived within 2 days, easy to put together and is very strong and sturdy even with a very energetic 8yr old. I can't concrete in so put long bits of wood into the ground and screwed to the frame. Looks great”

“All wooden supports legs/cross bar are heavily split, metal brackets that affix to legs of swing and are to be set in cement to secure the swing are only 6-7 inches in length! Inadequate in our opinion, we bought additional brackets over 1 ft in length, we have bolted some of the split wood for added strength, the screws supplied are also of a poor quality, recommend use of a superior quality brand. The circular metal bracket housing for connection of legs and top crossbars was approx 1/4 inch too big all the way round each piece of wood we have taken extra steps to tighten and secure these brackets. With additional work and equipment to erect and fix the swing set it’s just adequate, wouldn’t buy it again.”

“After 10 days of waiting for a delivery and constant ringing for updates, I recieved an email to say that Tuffnells (the delivery company) couldn't locate my order!! It's a massive swing frame for God's sake not a bag of nails!! Activity toys need to reconsider their delivery company as clearly Tuffnells is not very organised nor professional. Very disappointed. Will be taking my custom to 'All round fun'.”

“The swing was a Christmas present for my granddaughter's and as yet it has not been assembled. I would like to say how impressed I am with this company and their ethics and how they dealt with me over a situation. Nothing to do with the product or delivery I might add but how exemplary their customer care service is. Thank you.”
