“I discovered Ackerman Music during an internet search to see if I could find an item cheaper than Amazon's price. When browsing, I found Ackerman's prices to be competitive right across the board, easily beating Amazon - and no postage to pay either. Although what I was ordering was not a particularly popular item (a four-volume set of almost the complete Francis Poulenc songs) it was in stock at Ackerman. The ordering process was simple (via a secure payment system) and after ordering on Sunday evening the music was marked as despatched on Monday morning shortly after 9:00, arriving just over 48 hours later using a reliable courier, solidly packed, with a clear invoice. I don't need to buy music regularly these days, so it's only for this reason that I am unlikely to order regularly, but I'll be recommending Ackerman to my university students.”
