“Disappointed as the Oxford University Press have reduced the size of the score compared with the library copies we are usually issued with at choir. An A4 size (297mm x 210mm) would be more user friendly than the actual size of 250mm x 172mm. This size may be fine for younger singers but not for the elders of singing tribe! I chose the spiral binging as this makes it easier when using as it is a thick score. Yet again this is disappointing. The spiral itself could do with being slightly larger in diameter. Also the front and back cover are made of a thin card. These needs to be more substantial as there is no way of reinforcing the card where it goes through the binding. I usually protect any soft cover books that I buy with a clear fablon. This is not is not possible with this type of binding. A plastic coated front and back cover would improve this version of the score. Apart from the above it is fine.”
