Hi Alan, We posted this on the 23rd 1st class with Royal Mail. They are having quite a lot of delays still at the moment. After ten working days we can resend the reeds and cork grease but obviously there have been a lot of bank holidays. If you still don't have everything next week please email or call the shop and we can resend. Kind regards

“It is hard to get excited about this product. However I do find Rico grease easy to use, it does not seem to dry out and is my first choice when I need to replace it.”
