“Unfortunately gift card arrived blank, even though I was sure I wrote the message I wanted to appear on it, so my sister had no idea who it was from until I asked her if it had arrived! I did find the gift card part of the process complicated!”

“The gift card was made out to someone else!! Instead of saying Happy Birthday to a Dear friend. It was Congratulations to a niece on the birth of her child. You pay for gift cards as well from here! I contacted customer service and did not even get an acknowledgement from them!!”
